To add an Image that will show in the forum next to your Thread all you have to do is,
1. While creating or editing your thread select + Additional Options... under the post box
2. Select Browse and choose the Image that you would like to use.
3. When you are finished creating or editing your thread then press the Post button to save your post.
You should now see your image next to your Thread.
